When I am in the USA do I just use my phone like I would in Canada? Or do I have to switch something. I’m looking at getting the 35$ can/us/mex plan with 50gb. This is all new to me and I’m a little hesitant. Not the most tech guy out there.

Thanks, just checked my iPhone settings, the default for roaming was off, will need to turn on I guess.

Yes with that plan all you would need to do is turn on roaming and connect to AT&T, Verizon or T-Mobile.
There usually isn't a settting for just "roaming". The data roaming setting does need to be turned to use data, but that setting has no effect on voice and SMS services.

Right now I’m with Sasktel so my phone is roaming when I leave the province

hi @Blammo
change the network connection to Manual and choose one of the 3 networks. If one does not work, try the next one

Cannot or is that connect to AT&T and others ?

Yes. All of the feature included with your base $35 plan work the same there.
