Is it possible to use a phone with a Public Mobile plan in Europe, non EU countries?

Hi @dinob sorry, not possible.  PM has no roaming service there.  

You best way to keep connected is to get a local data sim and use VOiP app together for voice and text

@dinob  hi no sorry Canada and US with roaming only you will need a local sim while you are there
