How do i use my friends referral code after I initially activated my plan. .
Technician stated the referral code expired..which it did not.

@Kova ....Did you activate the sim card at kiosk or in a store? If the referal code was "expired", imho their is no way you would immediately know that. Sounds to me that maybe the technician inserted there own code or no code at all. You need to contact the moderator by clicking on the "?" in the lower right corner. I dont think referal code expire unless the referal person leaves PM

@Kovaopen a ticket for moderators to apply the referral. Two ways to reach them.
Or send them a private message at link below

Give your account details and say you were referred by this code (add your friends code)
The credit should be applied within 72 hours once they get to your ticket.

@Kova Hit the question mark bottom right of your screen to submit a ticket to PM include the code and ask if it's possible to add it.
