My points used to be added itself until 2025 is stoped added in my bill ?? May I know how to use the point to add it in my credit bill

To redeem your points and to see how many points you have,  you need to sign into your account.

Once signed in, click on My Rewards,  click the link that says visit my Rewards in red.

Once in the rewards page, you can view the catalog. You can use points to lower your next bill, or get extra data.

Click and accept the reward you want to redeem.

i have removed the tagged person you had on your original post, the tagged person is just a regular community member

Points are added to your My Rewards account, not to your bill directly.   With current Public Rewards, you will get 2% of the points back in your point account.   You can redeem for $20 bill credit after you collected 20 points

Points redemption is no longer automatic.  This now needs to be done manually in 20 points/$20 increments.
