if you are using the browser, try login again using Browser with Incognito mode
if you are using app, simply logout from the app, reboot phone and relogin
you can also list to the available data usage by call *611

Both the website and app have known cache issues. If you're using the website, please clear your browser cache and restart the browser in Incognito mode. If you're using the app, Android, go into Apps and clear the cache and data then restart the phone,. iPhone, delete the app and reinstall. Also note, both app and website update every 12 hours.
