On many days between 12 and 1pm my cell usage shows Item Web two times with large amounts of data which makes no sense. Therefore I have no data left too early. Any explanations pls?

@Rhia If you use Android, you can try this APP, DataWitness, it tracks your data usage: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.iwik.datawitness
I believe, Apple also has something similar.

@Rhia the time you are seeing doesn't necessarily mean those are the times you are using data. those times are when the system updates the "view my usage" stats. it compiles all your usage from the previous day and splits it into 2 sections.

@Rhia , can you check your phone to see if the app data usage showing there matches to what is showing in your self serve account? If I were to guess, it seems like a sync function is at work.

Make sure to disable auto updates for apps using data and turn off GPS.

@Rhia Was your data option enabled? Probably your phone apps automatically updated. What is the model of your phone?
