Us roaming

I recently added 1gb of us data to my account. I it shows that it is active in my account settings but I cannot use it. I it will not register on any us network. I I even added the US talk text and 250 Mb plan, but it is still not working. I switched my Sim card with my friend, and also on public mobile that has us data, and his Sim card works on my phone. But my Sim still does not work on his. Please help

I'm really sorry to hear about your roaming issue 😞 Have you tried manually connecting to AT&T or T-Mobile as @Luddite suggested?

Try selecting the AT&T or T-Mobile network manually. If that fails, send a private message to any moderator ( @Mary_M for example) with your phone number and a description of what has happened. DO NOT PAY AGAIN.

Are you sure its active? Does it show up under Add-Ons Usage on the overview page?
