I have a CANADA/US/MEXICO plan and I was recently in the states two seperate times (Jul26-Aug 5, Aug 28/29) and I was unable to make or receive phone calls. How do I fix this?

Make sure Roaming setting is enabled and you might have to manually connect to AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon network on your phone.
Also, what is the make and model of your phone? USA have decommissioned the 3G therefore your phone will require VoLTE to make and receive calls in the USA.
