Hi,

I purchased the$20 US add on and my phone doesn’t work. My roaming is on and I reset my phone.

Is the $20 sitting in your available funds here? ( see below )

If so, you're halfway there. Now go in and select the desired add-on.

Keep us updated on how it goes with you and if you get it up and running. With these changes in the US regarding 3g and the issues that may arise I want to plan my trip later this year and may go with an outside option if the roaming and US plans are hit and miss.

Purchasing an add-on after logging in into your PM account is a two-step process. You need to load funds first and then purchase add on.

  1. Add funds to your PM account: Any funds to buy add-ons come from your balance, so manually add funds to your available balance first.
  2. Buy Add-On: You will actually buy the add-on after you add funds to your account or else you won't have funds to actually buy the add-on. Funds to buy add-on come from Your account (after adding funds in step #1) and not directly from your credit card.

Do you actually see that add-on on your account?

Be aware that US add-on start immediately as you purchase them and are valid for the next 240 hours (10 days).

Make sure data roaming is enabled in your phone settings.

Try rebooting your phone by turn power off then on.

On Cellular Network pick AT&T or T-Mobile.

But remember, Add-ons is a 2 step process. Install the amount of funds needed in you account then purchase the Add-on you need so check you account in Add-on section to see if it is listed. If not listed, you didn’t make the purchase correctly.
