The date of last payment is not the determining factor for when an account is closed.  The only thing that matters is how long the account has been in suspension.  It is possible to not make any payments for much longer than 90 days and still keep the account open as long as the service remains active.

Please remember that the customer needs to be use the ticketing system (whenever possible).  Please do customers immediately to private message CS_Agent as this is guaranteed to result in slower service.
