When account was initially setup it was connected to two phone numbers, now I only see one so I can't change any information on the second number this is urgent as it's my child's primary phone and they are going off to college in 2 days.
I have tried requesting login info for just that phone number and nothing happens

Yes, PM activation was done through London Drugs and Walmart staff but was stopped about 3-4 years ago.
My sister had her account/SIM activated at her local LD.

It wasn't done with PM directly for the setup, was 3rd party phone store

It's been literal years, it was ported because the billing changed and was the exact same as their sibling's plan

PM doesn’t offer in person mobile service. The first number will be superseded by the second number because you can only have 1 account/1 email.
Check with your previous carrier to see if the first number was ported over to PM.

Thank you so much for replying - I set both up at the same time, the mobile (in store) person setup the account and it's under my email - just the one email. When I login I can only see my son's number, I need other kid's access. If I try to reset by entering their phone number I don't get anything.

Hi there! With Public Mobile you can have just one number per account. Was the second number ported over as well?
