Hello,

my data is 5g speed bur idk why i can’t even use it and i can’t log in to anyapp it really slow. Can you check what happen

This happened to me when I first signed up with public mobile plan also. What helped me is I had to go into my phone settings and make sure that all the apps I used regularly did not have data restrictions on. It should be under your "Network Settings" or "Data"   Another thing I had to do is switch my phone to airplane mode for about 10 seconds, it resets the connection and after that my data worked great!! Hope this helps!

make sure you have changed your Preferred Neteork mode to Automatic. You can enjoy good speed on either 4G (LTE) or 5G network

if that does not help, try clicking Reset All Networks or Reset Network settings on your phone

It depends if you are near a 5G Telus tower and if the phone is 5G compatible.

Go to your Setting and change cellular data is in 5G.
