Upgrading plan

How can I upgrade my plan to the $34.00 boxing week deal? The $34 option and the $40 option glitch out and send me back to my account every time I click on them.

@dcchan22  pm offered the 40GB for $34 to existing customers this past Black Friday weekend . So there good reason to belive this plan will became available to existing customers again at some point . Could be as soon as this weekend Xmas/Boxing Day just stay tuned and check into community ever other day untill then . Or just periodically anywyas even after that for the latest new promos available for existing customers like us

@Leland10  Worst case you can get support to switch you to that plan 60GB for $40 but know they can not set it for next renewal rather they can only do an immediate plan change . And you would lose out on your current cycle you already paid for . So depending when your renewal date is they may or may not matter to you

I tried incognito, the app, using desktop mode, none of it works. The only options are 3g top ups.

I really hope they relax the restriction of "new activation".  Competitors offer 30GB for $34, and I am tempted to switch.

@Leland10 try login using Incognito mode and you should see all the available plans

@Leland10  Are you looking at them on the website or app try the one you haven’t been using see if that helps and be sure to tap the options that says “all” or “5G” in plans page

Ah, I see. The only options I have under subscriptions and add-ons are 3g plans for $25 & $15. I can't even view any of the 4g or 5g offers. When I do click on the offers they randomly come up it takes me up the offers of $15 & $25, there's no other options.

@Leland10  Sorry that  40GB $34 plan is only for new activations right now. Good change it will come back for existing customers again like it was during Black Friday weekend . Just keep an eye on the website from now to x mas/Boxing Day . But the 60GB for $40 is for existing customers and then100GB for $50
