Update, payment information, not working

I cannot update my credit card information nor can I get help from a human being unless there’s a solution out there I will have to cancel two accounts with public mobile every link that is provided to me and that was an error

Clear the cache and go incognito on your browser before login to your account.

In your my account go payment tab >manage subscription >manage payment method or use this link
