Hi everyone, I have tried several times over the last few months to update my credit card info on file as it was set to expire. I have now lost service because I forgot to reconcile the issue sooner. I tried updating the card in incognito mode, on chrome and on google browsers, but these did not work. The error message reads: unable to process request.
Has anyone experienced this before? What worked for you?

Try the PM app itself. Some customers have had success with updating on the app (versus the website).
You could try a different device to login and update.
Make sure that the postal code matches the billing address of the credit card. You could try a different card itself.
If you don't have service right now, you could purchase a payment voucher either in store (ie. Shoppers) or online (muskbird.com - service fee applies) and load up the voucher to get your service working.
