My account does not allow me to update my credit card information. How can I update it My Account

if the above suggestion fails..click the orange bubble on lower right side of page to get Customer Support to update payment card info.
If you're in a hurry, get to Shell gas, London Drugs, Mobile Klinik or Walmart and buy enough Public Mobile payment vouchers to cover costs for regular plan renewal...then dial 611 to add those vouchers to your account.

Go to payment then update card information then input your new information
