To reactivate your PM service, add full plan fee to your account as PM will not use your rewards to pay part of your plan fee.  Then, click on the reactivate your plan button.

@cqi  Access your selfserve account and click the reactivate button on the landing page. When it asks you for the funds just make a onetime payment using your cc to cover the renewal cost.

Do you have autopay enabled?  Even with autopay emabled, payment does not automatically get charged if you missed the payment during renewal and the service got shut off. You will need to make a manual payment.

If your balance already covers your plan cost, try clicking reactivate and making a $1 payment.
