Unwanted Pre-selected subscription plan

Hi,

Does anyone know how to clear off the pre-selected subscription plan after signing in?  I didn’t select this plan at all since beginning but the only option available is to continue further and activate the unwanted plan.  Thank you for your reply

How it works is that when you first  signed up, you chose a plan and paid for it.

Now you need to activate that plan. If you changed your mind and no longer want that original plan, you need an agent to assist you to change. Mind you, the plan that you want may not be available.

@Anderson2  You can try uninstalling the app and reinstall the app and try again or create new accout with new email and choose the desired plan if you still having issues and want to use your main email you can ask support to help
