Unsuccessful porting needing help

Can a moderator at least contact me to let me know the status of my porting, and an estimated time of response? It has been 3 days, and never received a response for pirvate message, forum post, or online service ticket.
I am awaiting extremely incoming calls, and this has caused not only stress but also lost time.

Hey @frankg1401,
I am unable to tell when you will get response from the PM mods.. but, I would like to just let you know that if expecting important calls, your old sim card should still have servie. So, put the previous carrier's sim card in the phone and it will work until your number port request is complete.
I hope you are not in one of those rare limbo situation where the previous carrier's sim is also not working.
