Hi guys,
I ported my phone from Wind Mobile on sunday evening. The last step of process said activation request failed at the top of the page but still said it was processed.
I received the welcome email that my self serve account was setup, but I have been unable to log into the account I even tried forgot your password.
I do not have any data I simply see a notification at the top of my phone saying sign in to network.
I finally got a text saying my number was successfully ported today Tuesday however I still cannot receive or make any calls.
Edit: On Thursday my phone became able to receive and send calls as well as text messages. I still have NO data
Some help would be appreciated thanks!

Final Update. My Data is now working as well. I suspect it had been available since I could accept and make calls however the data settings were no longer there so once I inputted them manually LTE started working.
So just check your APN settings if you have service but no DATA is all I can suggest.

Not resolved. I'm on my 3rd day with my phone number completely disconnected.

I am also unsuccessful at porting from WIND.
My WIND account has been shut down and callers get "not in service message".
No reply to my ticket created on the weekend.

I had the same problem. Still waiting since last Wednesday. I'm very upset as my service with Telus is cancelled (during porting) and I don't have a phone for a week now ![]()

I also have the same issue as you and I'm also with Windmobile. Here is a snippet of the error message that was shown at the last step of activation:
