I'm looking to unlock my phone. 
I've been with PM for around since ~May 2017.

After reviewing PM's board, I'm at a bit of a loss as how to proceed.

It states to "send us a message" including my phone model and IMEI.

Where do I send this message?
Has anyone who has done this successfully with a phone registered to PM after January 25 2015?

I've unlocked about 3 phones by calling Telus.  Back in the day I was charged $50 and you needed a monthly or prepaid account, but now in 2018 you don't need anything other than just giving them the imei.

A moderator got in touch with me right away and my phone was unlocked. It works right now!

Or just call Telus.  They'll unlock it for you as well

Thanks very much. I contacted the Moderator_Team now and am awaiting a response from them 😄

@Jskarv You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team to unlock your phone. They will only unlock phones locked to Telus/Koodo/PM.
