I have paid for the unlimited canada wide talk but when i try to call a number in ottawa it say i have run out of minutes

Seems to be happening a lot lately. If you are not a the $15 plan, try rebooting your phone by powering off then wait 2 minutes then power the phone back on. See if that helps.

@lauraephraim24 hi they seem to be having a lot of issues there lately open a ticket with a cs agent,they should be made aware
