In the old days, mobile phones came with removable battery and the SIM card is below the battery, therefore, changing a provider SIM card automatically restart the phone.  Nowadays, the new smartphones do not have removable battery and the SIM card can be swapped without shutdown the phone.

@Keerthi

If you are on the $15 plan, it It unlimited for incoming calls and only 100 minutes for outgoing calls.

Please login to your account and check how many minutes you used up. Remember if you call your voicemail box, the minutes will be deducted from the 100 minutes.

In the future, if your friends and family are on an unlimited outgoing call plan. Just text them to call you.

Hi @Keerthi  you sure you inbound calls work?  that have been problem for people with both inbound and outbound calls.

@Keerthi That's a bit disconcerting.  It's only the $15 plan that has limited outbound mins.  For the $15 plan it's unlimited inbound minutes.  If you're on any other plan it should be unlimited.  You're on one of these other plans?

@Keerthi this can happen sometimes on newer activated accounts. Do the calls complete anyhow, if so just ignore the message.

If you add a 1 in front does the call complete? If the call does not complete that try to restart your phone, toggle into/out of airplane mode, or do a reset of your device's network settings.
