Unknown cell number

out going cell number showing up on my usage summary that I didn’t make how is this happening and how can I stop it

does the number showing on usage ends with 4001 or 4002?  If so, they are just voicemail numbers.  People called you and got routed there, or you use the phone to check VM, those are all recorded and showing up with the 4001/4002 numbers.

If the number is ending in 4001 then it is your PM voicemail that you called to retrieve your voicemail.
