Hi,
I am looking over my credit card statements and seeing a charge I don't recognise from Public Mobile. I am wondering if someone could help me with this?
Thank you,
D

Are you a current customer with Telus/Koodo/Public? If not then I would simply do a chargeback. If you are, then you should contact the support people.

@dnham what kind of charge on your credit card and how much?
Also, login to My account and check the Transaction history (https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Payment-History/), see if you can find the same charge around the same day
If you just want to go ahead and have the PM Support to check, you can open ticket using one of the 2 ways:
1. If you have access to Self-Serve My account: For faster response (2-48 hours) , Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with above method: you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there

@dnham What amount and are you sure it's not a pending charge on the CC where sometimes there's a duplicate charge for two or three days before dropping off to the one? Did you purchase any add-ons recently that may explain it?
