I have been logged out of my account and am unable to pay for my subscription, and have been submitting tickets for the last couple of days, and am still waiting for a response. This has been quite insane.

@MaxtonRyder While you wait for reply as support team is swamped from last weekend flash sale , you could go to shoppers drug mart and buy payment voucher and load the funds *611 to resume services right away
