I can’t subscribe the 50% new promotion as the web shows “traffic jam”. Tried to speak to any customer service agent but no any way to reach out anybody.

I tried to get 50% off discount last night but it showed a web error. I want to subscribe today but the price gone up already. Due to web error, could PM honor the package again? I submitted a post in community last night too. Tried to submit the ticket to PM again and again but the request could not be gone through . I couldn’t even submit the ticket!!!! could I order the physical SIM card and get honored with the price ??? Help!!

did you try subscribe using browser? and try using PM app?
