I have 2 phones with PM. Mine and my wife's. I setup my online account, but hers is proving difficult. Getting invalid phone number or already registered which she is not. Any thoughts?

each phone needs it's own sim and its own account set up. Separate email address required as well. You can use the same credit card to make renewals though.
