I’m unable to port back to Bell.
When I receive message from Customer care, I’m unable to Reply YES to that message.
“Unable to deliver” error.
iMessages all good.
simple text sms problem.

You need to contact Bell to have them resent the confirmation text to PM that you are porting out.
Keep the active PM SIM in your phone to get the text.

I would contact customer service and advise them of this issue and the fact you're porting out.
