I want to change my current CC that is registered for AutoPay - its from BMO. I want to use a new one fro CapitolOne. When attempt to register, there is a error message that yhe new CC was not authorised and I should contact my CC issuer. I did that and they confirmed that PM did charge $0.00 onto my CC file and all was okay from their end. Appreciate any help here.

@GinYVR thank you! That did it. I was populating the Apt#. Leaving it blank allowed me to complete the registration.

if the card is valid, refresh the page and try again a reasonable amount of time later. It may be a system error and will correct itself. Be sure to enter cc info correctly.

@darkroastMake sure you leave the Apartment field empty and no space between the postal code. If all else fail and you don't mind sending Credit card info to the moderator, you can contact a moderator to see if they can do it manually on their end.
