Hi, I just transferred my SIM subscription to Public Mobile. After transferring, I activated my SIM and I'm able to call or use cellular data, but unfortunately, I'm not able to receive any calls or texts. I'm using an iPhone. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

It could be a stuck port
