Phone bit the dust and had to get a new one and don't have access to old one now. I have submitted a ticket and a personal message. I'm unable to access the email associated with the account.As Google is making me late 24 hours for my secondary email.To verify it but , I need my phone right now

I can't even log in due to the 2 factor authorization and not having access to the email for 24hrs or the old phone

get a new cell, download the Public Mobile app. Log in to your account (hopefully you remember your email address by now) If you don't have the old sim, you should get a new one locally as ordering from PM takes weeks to arrive. Best is to order Public Mobile sim from Amazon with fast shipping...it's free shipping if you or friend have a Prime account. If you previously used esim, you can order a free replacement in your account.
