I am unable to purchase an eSIM on my iPhone 17 Pro Max. The option simply does not exist.
additionally, I purchased an eSIM on an Android device and then scanned the QR code that was emailed to me with my iPhone in an attempt to enroll the eSIM that way, and I was given a message that the eSIM was incompatible with my device. Which makes no sense. And yes, my phone works - it has two eSIM slots (the 17 Pro Max has no physical sim slot at all and is just dual eSIM) and the other eSIM slot is provisioned for Bell, and that works with no problems.

it's not unusual that some iPhone users have trouble with PM esim. Please report the issue with PM agent
