Hey there!
Im having troubles reactivating my account.
I currently do not have any other credit cards to try out.
Im constantly getting a "Unable to process transaction" error.
Possibly due to excessively trying to pay my bill.
Any way to make progress with this?

Sometimes, you might want to wait a few hours or even tomorrow morning to re-try again with your own credit card, Use the same browser as you did with your friend's credit card.
You could also call your credit card company to see if public mobile attempted to access your card.

I seem to think I've read about something like that here. They probably think it's a security breach and lock you out like password attempts.

Could It be possible that my Visa is blacklisted due to using it too many times?

Additionally, take out the middle space of the postal code and keep the last digit.
Also, remove the current credit card completely and re-do it all.

Ive used three different browsers at home and on different wifi's. Including VPNs 😞

Ive tried doing all of that in one go and each seperately.

Since the website is finicky, you can also try a different web browser, clearing cache or incognito/privacy mode. The address should be exactly as the credit card billing.

common credit card issues are:
ensure self serve address and credit acrd address are the same
leave out apartment or unit number
leave out last digit of postal code

@mozziliacbuy a voucher from recharge.com (they charge a service fee but no taxes) use that voucher to reactivate your account. then deal with adding teh credit card.
