We have three different accounts and none of our phones are able to receive or place calls. When someone calls the phones, they go directly to voicemail. This is in Nova Scotia. Is there a network problem? All the phones have been reset with the batteries taken out and the SIM cards. HELP! This has been happening for hours now.

When it multiples accounts and devices, this is as you have suspected, a network issue. This is likely to fix itself over time. For now, try manually setting the phones to the 3g network to see if this helps.
