Unable to make/receive calls?

Despite having purchased the Talk addon, I am still unable to make or receive calls within Canada. What gives?

Yeah I bought the $8 addon. So I need a call plan anyways, huh...

You're referring to either the $8 (200 minutes) or $15 (400 minutes) add-ons? Does calling within your home province work?

You need a call plan in order to use those long distance  add-on.
