Unable to make calls

Currently on $120, 12GB Data 90 days - plan, unlimited pronvice-wide calling with long distance min purchase add on.  I am schedule to switch to $40 - Unlimited Canada-wide minutes, 15GB data at 4G speed, Canada-wide minutes on next renewal date at Jan 15, 2023.

I am currently unable to make phone calls.  Everytime I make a local call I get a message that I no longer have long distance minutes remaining (it is very strange as I am certain I still have some).  Either way, it should be irrevelant as my plan has the unlimited province wide calling.   Please provide assistance ASAP.  Thanks.

Hi.  Unfortunately. it still doesnt work.

Upon further investigation..every other phone call/receive works except dialing to this 1 local number (my...which gets me the message not enough minutes.  I can receive call from that number no problem just cant dial to it.

Correction: When I make local calls.. The auto message says "you cannot make calls because you used all available minutes.."

Please see if the calls proceed if you dial a 1 before the area code and phone number.
