Unable to make calls

I have signed up for a call, text and data plan. But when I try to make a call, I get a message that I don't have a calling plan! But I can receive call. Please help!

I think you are stuck until a moderator is available to assist you; @Kalla_A @Mary_M or @Shazia_K.

 

If you have no response from PM within 24 hours, or the problem is resolved, let us know.

 

In the meantime you can:

 

 a) try rebooting your phone,

 

b) log into your self serve account to ensure the staus is "Active",

 

c) install a VOIP app (fongo.com com has one) that will allow to make calls across Canada. It requries wifi or cellular data to work.

 

Are you still able to send/receive texts and use data?
