Unable to make calls

I have the Canada/United States/Mexico plan but it won't let me make calls while in the u.s. It immediately disconnects. I can still text.  Any ideas? Thanks.

Thank you for the help. I bought this phone because it was compatible at the time but looks like it isn't now.

you'd need a newer cellphone that is VoLTE recognised...without it your calls won't complete while in US (and parts of Canada) Your data will work as long as you enabled Roaming and you can make calls using voip app like TextNow.

Your phone might not be VoLTE compatible with PM. Click on this link, scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your phone’s IMEI number to find out.
