Unable to make calls or send texts, payment failed

I need help urgently as I cannot make any calls or texts from my phone, my plan was to renew today and the payment did not go through, now when I go to resubscribe to the plan and make succesfull payment the promo of 20$ a month is gone, please help ASAP i need working phone for work!!! HELP!

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes

did you try login My Account and click Pay and Resume services now to make payment to resume?

or use this link to load money to renewal, remember to add E911 fess on top of plan fees if your province charges E911 fees:

And if that does not work still,  then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Loblaws or No Frills and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

This is the full list of retails that you can buy vouchers.  Vouchers in some stores need to wait 24 hours, but vouchers from Shoppers and Loblaws can be redeemed immediately:
