Good afternoon. I am unable to login to the self serve option on the site. I've changed my password twice to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @dg717 did you receive a message from the moderator confirming that your password had been changed? If you did, then your password had been changed. The message will include this important instructions
Note that before you will connect with your new credentials you will need to clear the cache & cookies on your device.
I didn't do this when I changed my password and it caused me grief. So give this a try before you log in your self serve account with your new password.
if needed, use a different browser and/or go in incognito mode.

This may or may not help - you could try this after you placed the ticket for moderator assistance:
Wait one full hour, clear cache and cookies, open incognito page, then try to login again with the most recent password reset.

Was it the forgot password opiton that you used to change it? If that didn't work, you'll have to open a ticket by going to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html. Once there, type in something such as "forgot security question answer".

you need to contact a moderator to help you can do so by clicking the chat bubble at the lower right corner,to avoid going around in circles with Simon say that you want a human to speak to, a ticket will then be generated briefly mention your issue password reset
you should get a response between 2 to 48 hours a reply should show up in your little envelope in the top right corner, you can also send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here.
