Hi everyone,
My brother is currently in Australia and cant cancel his plan because he cant log into his public mobile account because he has a new Australian phone number, so cant get the verification text, does anyone have any advice on how to fix this issue?

yeah we tried doing that, for some reason (cant remember now) it didnt work, but thanks anyways!

He can login on his computer then click on Resend Code/Didn't Receive Code and have it sent by email.
