Had a similar issue when I received my SIM card on Sunday. You can private message a CS agent and they will help you with ur issue via email responses. You get an email notification when they respond. My agent was very helpful and replied quickly.

Step 6, says

“something went wrong while trying to activate your subscription please contact support below”

 Which steps it has the error?? Step 6: Activation?? or. can you show us a screenshot??
