Best bet is to clear cache and log in via an incognito mode.
Or, like suggested, wait an hour or two and revisit the site. Sometimes the website has a small hiccup.

This has happened to.me before I think sometimes they are doing maintenance or the site is just not functioning properly. I ended up coming back after a few hours and accessing it then.
You can try using your incognito browser. Or clear your cache and history, although from experience that dis not help, waiting a little did.
I have also in the past sent a quick private message to the mods explained my self-serve is down, they contacted the tech team and got it running.

@NTS1122 hi in your self serve where it says change plans click on it you can change any plan there
