Unable to activate my subscription. I was told that "Phone is not esim compatible". but my phone is iphone17. It only has esim.
I can sign in. but when I continue the "ACTIVATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION". Then" PHONE IS NOT ESIM COMPATIBLE" and told me to "get support"
my payment is complete on Mar.29 2026

It’s frustrating when you have the latest tech and the system tells you it isn’t compatible. Since the iPhone 17 is eSIM-only (especially the North American models), that error is definitely a system glitch rather than a hardware issue.
The "incompatible" error usually happens because Public Mobile’s IMEI database hasn't fully updated to recognize all the new iPhone 17 serial numbers yet. Here is how to get your eSIM working. Contact a Customer Support Agent to assist with this.
