Hi there
I have paid for a subscription plan and just received the physical sim card but now I am having trouble Activating sim card. When I select the number and proceed, an error shows up that sim not Activated. Any help regarding this?

I believe you'll need to open a ticket with customer service for this. You can do so using the chat bot in the lower right corner. They're not 24 hours so be patient for a response
