Hi there,
This happened with by my dad and my husband and nothing has worked!! We have read through similar posts and tried everything!
Both were on auto pay and received a text saying that payment did not go through. We logged into account online to make payment and received the following message:
Sorry, we are unable to verify your credit card information, so this purchase could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged.
Credit card is not blocked, has funds and can be used for other online and for instore purchases! We have tried other credit cards and we keep getting the same message!
We have looked for Public Mobile Vouchers at Shoppers, Walmart, SaveOn, Sobeys, Esso and none of these places sell them anymore !?
Apart from switching to another provider, what are our options?
Please HELP!!

Ok got a solution. After trying a few time. The cc was blocked. Besides that the plan expired and needed to bring new plan.

Another day without phone. Send email to Moderator and still no response. It is very frustrating if you need the phone for work too.
Paid the balance. And can't pay again. It says that there is more then enough funds on the account but will not reactivate the account...... frustrating....

@grizzly95, can you retry the payment card after clearing the browser cache or perhaps using incognito mode. Sometimes these workaround will help.
