Hi, I've been trying to send picture messages for the past few months and have been unable to do so. I thought it was an issue with my plan at first, but I recently changed to the $19.00/month plan, and the subscriptions clearing stated that it includes picture messaging. I tried removing my SIM card and inserting it into my friend's phone, but it still doesn't work, so I know it's not my phone's problem. Can someone at Public Mobile look into my account internally to see what's preventing me from sending and receiving picture messages? Thank you!

What brand and model of your phone? sound like you are using Android.
Not sure if your phone is affected by this announcement:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Announcements/Picture-and-Group-Messaging-End-Date-Fe...
if you are using a device that released after 2017, generally, you can simply click Reset All networks or Reset network settings to get the latest APN
Also, you can make a manual update, here are the old and new settings
Old settings:
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
New Settings:
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms
or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri

@CindyMichaud Make sure that mobile data is turned on. It is needed to send MMS (picture messages). Usage does not impact your data allotment.

Inserting your SIM card in a friend's phone doesn't always rule out a phone issue. Is your friend also using Public Mobile? There are old versions of APN settings that no longer work at Public Mobile. Please double check that the APN settings are set up as recommended by Public Mobile by starting here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/set-up-data-on-an-android-phone
