I did not purchase an e sim or sim card during registration. As a result, I am not able to complete the registration process.

Yes, you'll eventually need a Sim in order to get your Public Mobile service. You can order SIM cards several ways:

no worries, still can do something
you want a physical sim card? just go to a Telus or Koodo store and ask for a Public Mobile sim card
after you got the card, use the Public Mobile app to login and enter the sim card number to complete the activation.
If there is problem with login or other issue, you can submit ticket with CS agent for help.
