I activated talk and data option in self service but doesn’t work i restated mobile as well as enabled roaming

@ras256us which roaming add-on you got? If you got one include data, you should see it under My Data & Add-ons section.
Check Transaction log page
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/payment/Payment-History/
see if there is a line about your roaming purchase. Confirm if that is what you got
Also, manually select the network AT&T or T-Mobile. Do not leave it with Automatic

Maybe you only bought talk or text. They would show up on the plan details page if purchased. Also look in payment history to see what was paid and what was bought.

Looks like you didn't complete the second step then because once you do it should appear in the data/add ons section

@ras256us - I do not see any ROAMING addons listed.
For services in the USA for inmarket plans you need ROAMING addons. Incoming texts should work without any additional addons on active plan though.
edit, you can view all ROAMING options in your self serve: Public Mobile - ChangePlanLandingPage
OR, you can purchase them by calling 18554782542 and accessing your account this way, you will need your 4 digits account PIN.

@ras256us hi are you in the US now? the 10 day roaming add on is a 2 step process first you put money in account and then you go into account and purchase it go into phone settings and manually pick at&t

I assume you are already in USA.
Try to manually connect to AT&T or T-mobile.
